My name is Emillie, I’m a Stockton, MO native. Volleyball has been apart of my life since I can remember. As a teenager I played on several club teams in the southwest area and met so many amazing peers and coaches that I still connect with as an adult. I have coached at all levels but this will be my 3rd year coaching with the Tamales and I am beyond excited to see what this season holds for me and my future players. The most important thing to me when I was an athlete was having a coach who believed in me and gave me all the tools I needed to be a great teammate and athlete and I am determined to be just that for my own athletes. I am grateful to be surrounded by so many coaches in this organization who exude these qualities as well as bringing years of coaching experience to the table. I am so stoked to be apart of the Tamales family again this year and can’t wait for another successful season for my future players!

My players will earn the reward of giving their best effort to the things that are important to them and carry those values we share for the rest of their lives. “ There may be people that have more talent than you, but there's no excuse for anyone to work harder than you do” -Derek Jeter
Mattie Frayley
16 Black Head Coach
Hello! My name is Mattie Fraley. I am very excited to be coaching for the Tamales. This will be my first year coaching for them. I love to coach young athletes to be the best player and person they can be. Character development is one thing that I strive for within a player. To me, a winner is not only someone who gives their best effort and attitude on the court, but also off of the court.
Some interesting facts about me include that I’ve been an elementary teacher for 10 years. This upcoming year, I’ll be teaching 4th grade at Niangua. It will also be my first year to be the head coach for Varsity and JV. Previously, I was an assistant coach for the Warsaw School District for 6th and 7th grade volleyball. When I left to teach in Rolla, I coached private lessons.
I am very excited to be in these positions and I cannot wait to see each athlete grow.
