Legendary coach, John Wooden once said, “A leader’s most powerful ally is his or her own example.” As coaches, directors and board members of the Tamales Volleyball club you can expect that we focus on three guidelines that encompass our leadership values: 

1. Teach players, equally, to love the game of volleyball in a fundamentally-sound, knowledgeable and uniform way.

2. Positively impact the players in an encouraging way through setting an example of integrity and character on and off the court.

3. We win and lose ALWAYS with class. Every leader hired by, volunteering for or associated with the Tamales Volleyball Club will demonstrate respect, self-control and model good sportsmanship.
